§ 154.025. LOTS DEFICIENT IN AREA OR WIDTH.

(A) A lot included in a recorded subdivision at time of passage of the original zoning ordinances, deficient in area or width may be used as a building lot for a single-family dwelling.
(B) A lot in single ownership at the time of passage of the original zoning ordinance deficient in area or width may be used as a building lot for a single-family dwelling.
