§ 154.126. PROHIBITED LOCATIONS.

No fences shall be placed on rights-of-way, drainage easements or public utility easements under any circumstances. The failure to comply with this provision may result in the erected fence being removed by the town or any utility company and replaced in the proper location outside the easement at the owner's expense.
