§ 154.109. ERECTION AND RE-ERECTION OF BUILDINGS.

No building shall be erected upon any premises devoted to a nonconforming use and no building located upon any premises that has been damaged by fire or other causes to the extent of more than 80% of its appraised valuation, shall be repaired or rebuilt, except in conformity with the regulations of this chapter.
