§ 154.022. INTENSITY OF USE SPECIFICATIONS.

(A) Single-family and two-family dwellings in all permissible districts (R-1, R-2, LB and GC):

(1) Minimum lot area, 8,000 square feet; and

(2) Minimum lot width:

(a) In R-1 district, 65 feet.

(b) In all other permissible districts, 50 feet.

(B) Multi-family dwelling in all permissible districts (R-2, LB and GC):

(1) Minimum apartment tract area:

(a) Eight thousand square feet for first four dwelling units per building, plus; and

(b) One thousand square feet for each additional dwelling unit per building.

(2) Minimum open space between buildings, 22 feet.
