§ 154.202. PLATS.

Each application for a building permit shall be accompanied by a plat, in duplicate, drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions of the lot or apartment tract to be built upon, the size of the building or buildings to be erected, reconstructed or structurally altered, and other information as shall be necessary to provide for the enforcement of this chapter. A careful record shall be kept of all applications and plats in the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.
