§ 154.162. ORGANIZATION.

At the first meeting of each year, the Board shall elect the Chairman and Vice-Chairman from among its members, and it may appoint and fix compensation of the Secretary and employees as are necessary for the discharge of its duties, all in conformity to and compliance with salaries and compensations heretofore fixed by the Town Council.
