Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 110.15et seq., §§ 110.30et seq., or §§ 110.40et seq. for which no specific penalty is provided, shall be guilty of a violation, and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on or during which a violation occurs or continues.
